Eat More Fiber!

I am a big advocate of fiber. It is of primary importance in nutrition and health for so many preventative reasons! Did you know that according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, it is recommended that adults consume 14 grams of fiber in every 1,000 calories they take in? That translates to approximately 25 grams a day for women and 38 grams daily for men. So eat your fiber!

Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle

I wanted to stop my lifelong struggle with food - to maintain a healthy weight, make wise food choices, and enjoy eating.
